Aftersales Group has succesfully launched two new insurance programs in Belgium, together with two Apple Premium Reseller, Switch.be and Lab9.
For the distribution we use a new method involving top-up cards. The two Apple Premium Resellers are selling their own white labelled top-up insurance cards to their customers. The customers on their turn can (at their own convenience) use the balance on their insurance card to purchase the insurance product directly on-line from the intermediary. The process is very easy and customer friendly and it saves a lot of time at the points of sale where they were used to do the complete and often intrusive customer registration process themselves.
