Extended Warranty Products
We offer extended warranty products that combine extended warranty with different periods of cover with several possible types of fulfilment services.
We provide turn-key products, including front-end solutions for onboarding & policy registration, sales training, paperless claims validation, claims fulfilment and reporting tools, but we can also provide only parts of the required services.
The extended warranty cover will always be provided in compliance with the applicable local regulations. The fulfilment service will be setup in a way that takes into account the requirements of the end users, within possible boundaries set by the local situation.
We provide extended warranty products for most gadgets such as smartphones, tablets, smart watches, notebooks and game consoles.
Third Party Administrator Services
Aftersales service programs for gadgets, regardless if they include insurance or extended warranty cover, can get out of hand real quickly. You need specialists with the required level of experience and backed up by modern IT solutions to manage and control these type of programs.
We are an experienced TPA for gadget insurance- and warranty programs and we have our own bespoke IT platform that is designed to operate and control these type of programs.
