But, designing the right program can be quite difficult if you don’t have the experience and managing a program properly can be quite a hassle and even risky if you don’t have the right skills and (technical) infrastructure. Aftersales Group specializes in the development, implementation and management of service and insurance programmes for mobile communication equipment, such as smartphones, tablets and laptops.

We offer our service to device manufacturers, insurance providers, mobile network operators, distributors and retailers.

It is our mission to deliver the most seamless customer care experience for people using mobile devices. Our desire is to minimize their disruption from digital life and bring them back online as soon as possible. We know how important it is for them to stay connected all the time.

Aftersales Group is licenced by the Dutch Financial Authorities and accredited by Lloyd’s to act as Third Party Administrator on insurance programs underwritten by Lloyd’s syndicate insurers. Aftersales Group only exist since 2013 but we work with a very experienced staff. Most members of our team have over 10 years of experience is the different disciplines of gadget insurance, and have been involved in the launch of many programs, concerning millions of insured customers in different countries, for network operators like Vodafone, O2, Orange and T-Mobile and for insurance companies like Ace Chubb, Amtrust, Assurant and Marsh. We have offices in the Netherlands, Malta, Malaysia and The Philippines and we are about to open an office in India. In Malta we have with Atlas Gemini PCC our own underwriting facility to underwrite mobile device insurance programs in Europe.
